Frieda Menasche, PT, DPT, CEAS, is a licensed Physical Therapist with more than 25 years clinical experience across acute care, outpatient, long-term care, and home health settings treating geriatric and pediatric clients.
Dr. Menasche is a staff therapist and neuro-musculoskeletal specialist within the Memorial Healthcare System and is certified in ergonomic assessment. Over the last ten years she has helped develop multiple home care programs featuring quality assurance, increased productivity, care delivery oversight, and cost containment with flexibility. Her expertise includes adult and pediatric orthopedic care, manual therapy, neurological rehabilitation, orthotic devise assessment, wound care, post injury clinical care, and JCAHO compliance. Dr. Menasche is a skilled training program developer and bilingual in-service clinical educator. She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Shenandoah University and her Bachelors from Florida International University.
