Michelle Lucas-Webb, OTR/L, RAC-CT

Michelle Lucas-Webb, OTR/L, RAC-CT , is a licensed occupational therapist and certified resident assessment coordinator with 18 years of experience in the field of healthcare. She is the owner and founder of Rehab Dimensions, a contract rehabilitation and consulting firm whose specialties include reimbursement maximization and denials and appeals management.

Ms. Lucas-Webb has extensive clinical, management and leadership experience through her previous roles as a regional management consultant, director of rehabilitation for a Level III medical center, rehab program manager and medical systems administration department head. Her clinical specialization is in dementia care management and she is certified in dementia care through the Copper Ridge Institute, an affiliate of Johns Hopkins University. Ms. Lucas-Webb has upgraded health care facilities’ fiscal performance by providing consulting and educational programs related to Medicare regulations, fiscal intermediary compliance, denials and appeals management, and rehab program development to improve financial profitability. She has provided training to therapists, administrators, nurses, social workers, activities personnel and direct line staff while promoting an interdisciplinary approach to care.

Ms. Lucas-Webb graduated from State University of New York at Buffalo. She is active in state regulatory and legislative issues and is a member of the N.C. Public Outreach and Education Advisory Group for CIGNA Government Services. Ms Lucas-Webb is a member of the National Alzheimer Advocate Network and the American Occupational Therapy Association.
