Phyllis Ehrlich, MS, OTR/L, CHES

Phyllis L. Ehrlich, MS, OTR/L, CHES, is a licensed Occupational Therapist with more than 30 years of clinical experience across outpatient, nursing home, hospital, rehab, and hospice settings. She has worked in home health agencies for more than 20 years assessing home adaptation and modification needs and evaluating client’s equipment and environmental safety.

Ms. Ehrlich is a certified health education specialist and has specialized Neurodevelopmental treatment (NDT) training. She is the co-editor of Occupational Therapy in Home Health Care and has been published in Home Health Care Management & Practice, Advance for Occupational Therapists and Advance for Directors in Rehabilitation. Ms. Ehrlich is an experienced program developer who has previously presented seminars both locally and nationally on such topics as Making Evidence-Based Practice a Reality, Quality of Life and Independence in the Frail Elderly, Home and Community Health, and Continuum of Care from Inpatient to Home.

She received her MS in Health Education from Arcadia University and earned her BS in Occupational Therapy from Temple University. Ms. Ehrlich is an active member of the American Occupational Therapy Association and the Pennsylvania Occupational Therapy Association which has awarded her both their Master Clinician and Service Awards.
