By exploring the role of physical therapy in the assessment and treatment of migraines, we will examine the underlying musculoskeletal and neurological factors that contribute to migraine symptoms and learn evidence-based interventions that support pain reduction and improved quality of life. Topics include postural assessment, manual therapy techniques, exercise prescription, relaxation and breathing strategies, and patient education. Emphasis is placed on integrating physical therapy into an interdisciplinary care model and tailoring treatment plans to individual patient needs.
