Additional Information

Obesity is now at crisis levels in the United States in both children and adults. It is no longer a question of IF a clinician will manage a bariatric patient, but WHEN. Rehab professionals learn strategies to safely interact with patients in their schooling, but bariatric issues can create a formidable barrier to even the most experienced clinician.

This course will provide the therapist with tools tocircumnavigate these barriers and learn successful outcomes. Through hands-on labs and video assessments practice, clinicians will learn about assessment strategies to treatment ideas. This seminar will provide the rehab professional with tools to optimize success.

i would like to preview the bariatric equipment the instructor spoke about during the presentation. a video of a bariatric patient using such equipment would be helpful.
