i did not know that this course would be a plant-based propaganda presentation. that was the majority of the content. i rarely discuss nutrition with my patients, as i am in an inpatient setting, but i certainly wouldn't advocate for a diet that has been widely lambasted by health and nutrition professionals. the preponderance of evidence shows a whole-food omnivore diet is superior in micronutrients and macronutrients. to say otherwise is either purposely misleading or ill-informed.

better understanding of the importance of lifestyle changes , diet in relation to preventing or slowing down chronic disease processes.

i enjoyed the topic and believe that it is not discussed enough.
