This course will guide the attendees to be able to make simple though healthier choicesin the form of nutrition and exercise. the instructor needs to include disclosures that she sells blood testing and supplements, she's clearly biased. her website she links leads directly to her supplement affiliate website. my husband is an md and disagrees with a significant amount of information being shared in this course
