This isdue to a constellation of deficits and impairments that are more typical of this group. These issues can be difficult to overcome and have frustrated many a therapist attempting to help them regain functional independence. In this course we will take a hard look at the literature and outline the current state of evidence for the most effective treatment options for each of these unique conditions.
