This course is designed for Physical Therapists, Physical Therapist Assistants, and Athletic Trainers seeking to enhance their clinical expertise in ACL rehabilitation. The course will explore advanced rehabilitation strategies for complex anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injuries, including ACL combined with Anterolateral Ligament (ALL) reconstruction, meniscal repairs, and Posterolateral Corner (PLC) reconstructions. Attendees will examine the anatomicaland biomechanical implications of each surgical variation, as well as how to adapt rehabilitation protocols to optimize patient outcomes. Emphasis will be placed on evidence- based practices, return-to-sport criteria, and functional progressions to ensure safe and effective recovery for a wide range of patients.
