This course will cover the development of leg strength throughout the life cycle. Research continues to mount showing the importance of leg strength from the youngest ages to the last years of life. Rehabilitation practitioners willoften see patients throughout the phases of their lives with injuries that can be attributed to leg strength deficits. This course will cover how to develop leg strength in ages from young to old. It will also cover the importance of leg strength in areas ranging from athletic performance to healthy aging.
