Gluteal tendinopathy is a common condition encountered in rehabilitation settings. The understanding of this pathology has evolved in the past decade and is now more widely recognized to be a contributor to lumbopelvic hip pain. This course will provide a diverse range of information to the practicing clinician to better understand how to identify and treat this pathology. This course will delve into the anatomy, biomechanics, and function of the hip musculature with specific focus on the gluteal. It will delve into the history andclinical presentations for this pathology, discuss bestevidence-based tests and provide appropriate rehabstrategies to manage the condition. Strategies for treatmentwill be included.
