Low back pain continues to be the most common and disabling musculoskeletal condition, and exercise is the most widely effective and accepted treatment for rehab providers.Many clinicians still struggle with prescribing exercise programs due to difficulty understanding how to manipulate variables of load, intensity, and other factors to avoid over or under-dosing patients with low back pain. This course goes into further detail from a treatment perspective, helping toprovide guidelines and framework for progression and/orregression of exercise based on patient presentation, symptom irritability, goals and functional level.
