i absolutely loved the interactive models that show the timing of the glut activations. also wonderful job at discribing issues that can emerge when doing the anatomy portions. i even had my husband, who is a hospitalist watch some portions with me that i thought were very relavant to his job. one area to improve would be to have video clips of the people doing the exercises... not sure i quite understood exactly what the triplaner lunges were....
