i like the different examples of hiit and modifications. i would like to see a modification for if you do not have a sled in the home or clinic.

more visuals with exercises as with a lot of previous knowledge on this subject, it would have been more beneficial for more specific examples

i really found the instructor easy to follow and feel i learned a lot in a short amount of time that i will be able to apply to my clinical practice. i really enjoyed the videos and the different aspects used to treat clients in different capacities.
