High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)

In this HIIT course you will learn the essential theoretical framework behind the why and how of HIIT. Then you will layer in your practical knowledge and clinical expertise of exercise to help you develop programs that work for your specific patient population. After completing this course, you will be able to develop more effective exercise programs foryour patients in any setting or age group using the HIIT model of exercise activity.
