this - so far was ( for me) the best presentation thus far. i'm a former gymnast\/dancer %26 pt for 35 yrs and long time summit user... this presenter ( paul) was very passionate %26 knowledgeable on this topic and paced the 2 hrs for an optimum experience. this is the first person that i have seen that understands this area of pelvic\/ spinal stability so well as it relates to rehabilitation, sport specificity and unilateral training\/movement. he's a keeper.

the instructor had a wonderful knowledge base and once he got into the presentation it was good. initially there was too much unneeded remarks that felt like tv commercial breaks. i am not saying he was promoting anything. just that it had a start\/stop feel. again once he got into presenting that decreased .
