the closed caption was very inaccurate even though i could understand her, i do like to read the words as well. she answered questions in the middle of slides that i could not see and it affected the flow.

met info was too complicated for this format. it would be good to have a clear table of which muscles stabilize and which cause hypomobility.

the manual has a lot of information but is still easy to read. the last course i completed had a terrible manual. this was very refreshing and greatly appreciated!
