This innovative, lab-intensive course will focus on the most effective manual therapy and core activation techniques used to decrease pain and improve mobility. Participants will also learn proper activation and stabilization techniques to maintain and improve functional gains. This cutting edge course goes beyond basic bed mobility and seated/standing exercises like the pendulum, wand exercises, and the dead bug.
