Developing an exercise program is one of the core strategies used by rehabilitation professionals to provide treatment for their patients. These exercise programs can vary widely based on the target population and the respective activities that these patients are trying to return to. This innovative 2-hour course provides the rehabilitation professional with a fundamental knowledge of strength and conditioning principles, exercise science, and evidence- based practice. it didn't matter for me as i don't need them, but i did notice that when the closed captions were turned on, they didn't match what was being said. it was as though they were recorded from another talk.

Tracy (AR) on Jan 17, 2026

it was complex information regarding physiology%3b i gained a few pearls that i can use in home health pt%3b i would have benefited from a summary of the most important highlights at the end of the recording, in my mind i am still trying to tie it all together. maybe it would be good to advertise this course as sports rehab or returning athlete to sports%3b i understand that overall concepts are appropriate for all types of pt, but i would have benefited from more examples of how to use the information with geriatric exercise. for example, i love the example of sit to stand eccentric concentric slow\/fast. more of that would have been great!
