Applying Evidence-Based Practice to Rehabilitation
Price:$219.99
The integration of evidence-based practice (EBP) is critical in ensuring high-quality, effective care, yet many clinicians struggle to locate, interpret, and apply research in their daily practice. Studies show that a significant gap exists between research findings and clinical implementation, oftenleading to inconsistent outcomes and missed opportunities for improved patient care. Failure to adopt EBP can result in suboptimal interventions, reduced credibility, and diminished reimbursement opportunities, while embracing it enhances decision-making and optimizes client outcomes. Clinicians today are not only responsible for providing care but also for ensuring that their interventions are grounded in the best available evidence—bridging the gap between research and real-world practice.

the environment for the course was not the most conducive for being able to focus on the instructor's teaching. there were not enough chairs or tables set up in the room for all of the attendees for the course. in the room directly next to the room we were holding class in, there was a group that was holding a church service. there was music being played, singing, clapping, talking, and elevated voice levels. we were able to hear these noises.

the meeting space was not conducive to a class setting due to repeated interruptions and distractions from a neighboring meeting space and lack of enough tables and chairs initially. the instructor also had to repeatedly ask for coffee and water to be brought in at the start of the session. in would not choose to come to another class at this location.
