Additional Information

The integration of evidence-based practice (EBP) is critical in ensuring high-quality, effective care, yet many clinicians struggle to locate, interpret, and apply research in their daily practice. Studies show that a significant gap exists between research findings and clinical implementation, oftenleading to inconsistent outcomes and missed opportunities for improved patient care. Failure to adopt EBP can result in suboptimal interventions, reduced credibility, and diminished reimbursement opportunities, while embracing it enhances decision-making and optimizes client outcomes. Clinicians today are not only responsible for providing care but also for ensuring that their interventions are grounded in the best available evidence—bridging the gap between research and real-world practice.

good course. i'm amazed at how well the instructor did teaching on line. i think it would have been better w\/ a live crowd but considering how dense the subject matter is it's amazing that she was able to sustain the course for almost 6 hours just staring at a screen.
