Additional Information

The body part you avoid or ignore. As many as 30% of people presenting with complaints of low back pain (LBP) have a sacroiliac joint component. Clinically, the sacroiliac joint (SIJ) can be challenging, confusing and controversial as a source of pain. This course will simplify the vast array of assessment options for pain location and pattern, patient posture/movements and clusters of manual provocation tests to clarify a working diagnosis. Through lecture, video demonstration and case study you will come away with a simple and efficient way to evaluate this region and help improve everyday function for what can be an elusive condition.

difficult to hear dialogue with participants as they aren't mic'ed up. suggest repeating their comments \/ questions for clarity

the narrative about his wife's case was unprofessional and distracting to the course material. the review of research was interesting, but then completely negated\/disregarded most current research with more rigorous standards for inclusion.
