Myofascial pain is one of the leading causes of chronic pain. Whether the pain is from muscle disuse or fascial tightness, implementing the appropriate treatment can quickly improve pain, movement, and function. Understanding myofascial pain is critical for optimal rehabilitation outcomes and this course will explore and treat the cause of pain forlong-term health and independence.

This course includes an interactive hands-on lab that will teach over 30 techniques that can be applied in the clinic the next day. Using fascial mobilization and muscle activation, this course includes active practice to empower the clinician to effectively resolve the cause of myofascial pain. Inaddition, this course will explore specific case studies andcurrent research to practice and improve clinical analysis of myofascial pain.

course was great%3b did the 3 hour video and there wasn't anything about adl, sleep, work, comfort, function in the video--at least not directly. no testing discussed%3b hoping the test doesn't ask questions about these topics as they weren't covered in the 3 hour video.
