Summit works with numerous state boards and accrediting authorities nationwide to offer continuing education to PTs, OTs, and SLPs. In many states this includes the local chapters or sections of the board of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA), and the American Speech and Hearing Association (ASHA). ID PT/PTA's
PTs in ID need 16 credits every year. The license cycle ends on the licensee's birthday.
CE Recap:
16 credits every year, 100% allowed online
ID OTs & OTAs
OTs and OTAs in ID need 10 credits each year. The license cycle ends on the licensee's birthday.
CE Recap:
10 credits every year, 100% allowed online.
ID SLPs
SLPs in ID need 30 credits every 3 years. The license cycle ends on the licensee's birthday.
CE Recap:
30 credits every 3 years, 100% allowed online
ID Educators
Educators in ID need 90 credits every 5 years. The license cycle ends on September 1st.
CE Recap:
90 credits every 5 years, 100% allowed online
