Kentucky CE Courses

Summit Professional Education provides continuing education (CE) courses to PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Educators in the state of Kentucky. In many states this includes the local chapters or sections of the board of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA), and the American Speech and Hearing Association (ASHA). KY PT/PTA's

PTs need 30 credits and PTAs need 20 credits every 2 years. The license cycle ends on March 31st on odd years.

CE Recap:

PTs need 30 credits and PTAs need 20 credits every 2 years, 100% allowed online.

KY OTs

OTs and OTAs in KY need 12 credits every year. The license cycle ends on October 31st each year. Once every 6 years the licensee shall complete a training program in suicide assessment, treatment, and management.

CE Recap:

12 credits every year, 100% allowed online.

KY SLPs

SLPs in KY need 30 credits every two years. The license cycle ends January 31st every odd year. 2 credits ethics required.

CE Recap:

30 credits every 2 years, 100% allowed online

KY Educators

Educators in KY need 24 credits every 5 years. The license cycle ends on July 1st.

CE Recap:

24 credits every 5 years, 100% allowed online
