Charter Rushing, PT, ScD is the Director of Therapy Services for one of the top ranked pediatric orthopedic hospitals in the country by US News. He has over 20 years of experience in pediatric physical therapy and is a published researcher on topics of tone assessment in children with Cerebral Palsy. Dr. Rushing is an engaging speaker that has presented instructional courses across the spectrum from regional to international meetings on the topic of neuromotor disorders in infants and children. He has served 2 terms in the House of Delegates. He has a passion for helping clinicians to be more consistent in their care of children with neurodevelopmental disorders. Dr. Rushing received both his Master's in Physical Therapy and Doctor of Science in Physical Therapy from Texas Tech University Health Science Center in Lubbock, Texas.
