

Hannah Jasurda, PT, DPT, OCS, CSCS is a physical therapist within the sports Physical Therapy Department of Phoenix Children's Hospital. Hannah is a 2017 graduate of the Doctor of Physical Therapy program from Duke University and a 2018 graduate from the Orthopedic Residency program at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center. Hannah joined residency faculty as both a mentor and educator after becoming a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist from the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties. Hannah specializes in the evaluation and treatment of youth athletes, particularly following lower extremity injury. Hannah is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and USA Weightlifting Level 1 Sports Performance Coach. Hannah has lectured locally and nationally on a variety of topics ranging from youth to professional athletes. As a former Division I collegiate soccer player, Hannah has a special interest in youth athlete sport-specific rehabilitation and exercise dosing.
