Jane Cranston

Jane Cranston, OTR-MOT, BCP, CNT, NTMTC, is a board- certified pediatric occupational therapist and certified neonatal therapist with over 25 years of experience in NICU, home health, and outpatient pediatrics. As founder of Tiny Transitions Therapy Consulting, she specializes in developmental care, caregiver coaching, and clinician mentorship for high-risk infants and their families. Jane holds advanced certifications in neonatal touch and massage and has presented nationally at AOTA, NANT, and TOTA. She lectures on neonatal therapy, trauma- informed care, and family-centered practice, and serves as a mentor for AOTA. Jane earned her Master's in Occupational Therapy from Texas Woman's University and is an active member of AOTA and NANT, committed to advancing equity and excellence in neonatal care.
