Justin Hiday PT, DPT, GCS currently works full-time as a physical therapist with Encompass Health Inpatient Rehabilitation Hospital in Knoxville, TN. He also serves as an adjunct faculty member in the Aging Adult and Pathological Gait courses at the South College DPT program. Dr. Hiday is a Geriatric Certified Specialist and has previously taught continuing education courses on topics including complex patient care, dementia treatment strategies and the importance of labs and vitals in the rehabilitation setting. Dr. Hiday has a passion for treating, learning, and sharing his knowledge gained from 18 years of experience in the acute care, home health, skilled nursing, long-term care and inpatient rehab settings. Dr. Hiday graduated from Indiana University in 2003 and from Northwestern University in 2007 with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. In 2014 he successfully completed an APTA credentialed Geriatric Residency Program. He currently resides in Maryville, TN and enjoys hiking, traveling and reading or listening to a great book.
