Jason Sims, MSPT, COS-C, SFS, CDP, is a licensed physical therapist with a diverse home care background specializing in OASIS accuracy and multi-disciplinary rehab management. Mr. Sims has 15 years' experience in multiple settings including home health, skilled nursing facility and outpatient orthopedics. In addition to his physical therapy degree, Mr. Sims has obtained the Certified OASIS Specialist - Clinical designation (COS-C), Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the NSCA, is a credentialed Senior Fitness Specialist (SFS), and a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP). Mr. Sims has developed and implemented several OASIS for homecare workshops and trained hundreds of therapists in home care as an Area Rehab Director for one of the largest home care organizations in the country. Mr. Sims earned his Bachelor of Science in Anatomy and Physiology, and Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Andrews University in Berrien Springs, Michigan.
