Dr. Kristen DaCosta, PT, MA, CKTP, DPT received her Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from Quinnipiac University, a Master of Physical Therapy Management of Developmental Disabilities from New York University, and a Doctor of Physical Therapy from University of Michigan-Flint. Kristen's training in the pediatric field of physical therapy is extensive as she has worked in the public and private school setting, early intervention, and home care. She has a strong passion for pediatrics and the importance of floor time on overall development. Kristen is an adjunct faculty member of Union County College in their Physical Therapy Assistant Program. She has instructed lectures and hands-on labs on topics such as pediatrics, neurology, ethics, documentation, and cardiopulmonology. Kristen is a Certified Kinesio Tape Practitioner and member of the APTA.
