

Katherine M. Taylor, PT, DPT, received her undergraduate degree with a major in Exercise Science with minors in Biology and Psychology from Appalachian State University and her Doctor of Physical Therapy from East Carolina University. Katherine has worked in various settings over the course of her career including acute care, inpatient rehab, outpatient rehab, skilled nursing, with the majority of her time spent in home health care. She is currently on the Advisory Board for South College. Katherine has taught the Introduction to Physical Therapy Course at South College. She has been a member of the APTA, and has served as the NCPTA Scholarship and Loan Committee Chair, and as the NCPTA Mountain District Vice President.
