Lynda Jennings, OTR, RAC-CT, CDP, is the Vice President of Clinical Services and Compliance at The Village of Incarnate Word. She is a seasoned occupational therapist and operations manager whose healthcare experience spans 35 plus years with expertise in PDPM, Medicare/Medicaid Policy, Compliance, Documentation Audits, Requirements of Participation and Clinical Programming. Prior to joining the team at The Village, she served as Chief Operating Officer for Touchstone Rehabilitation, overseeing the clinical and financial operations of twenty- three skilled nursing rehabilitation centers across Texas. Lynda is an active member of the Texas Occupational Therapy Association serving on the board in various positions including as a past State Association President. She is currently TOTA's State Parliamentarian and a CEU content reviewer. She is member of American Occupational Therapy Association and in the Texas State Representative #1 to the Representative Assembly since 2022. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Assessment Coordinators and received her Resident Assessment Coordinator certification in 2019, Assisted Living Manager Certification in 2021 and Dementia Practitioner Certification in 2022. Lynda also serves on the UTHSC OT Advisory board, and Alumni Council.
