Megan Blaufuss

OTR/L, MS, CPAM

Megan Blaufuss, OTR/L, MS, CPAM is a practicing clinician with expertise regarding the neurorehabilitation of pediatric hemiparesis. She has professional experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings and has received her Certification in Physical Agent Modalities. During her career, she has received additional training in various interventions and technologies including FES bike, FES-evoked movement patterns system, and dynamic orthoses.

Ms. Blaufuss is the co-author of the Rehabilitation Considerations in Pediatric Cancer Survivors chapter of the Handbook of Long-Term Care of the Childhood Cancer Survivor. She has presented at various state and national conferences, as well as guest lecturing for various academic programs. Ms. Blaufuss currently sits on the Rehabilitation Subcommittee of the Acute Flaccid Myelitis Working Group and on the Pediatric Stroke Task Force of the American Congress of Rehabilitation Medicine. She currently provides outpatient therapy at Children's Mercy in Kansas City, and has previous professional experiences as an inpatient therapist at Our Children's House by Children's Health in Dallas and at National Rehabilitation Hospital in Washington, D.C.
