Dr. Meghan Braun, PT, DPT, MTC, CSCS, HSP is the owner of Body Mechanics Physical Therapy, a self pay, direct access physical therapy clinic and sports performance facility located in Jacksonville, FL. She works with athletes all of ages from youth to collegiate and pro, getting them back to their sport safely and quickly, and bringing in the mental support and fortitude to feel confident again on and off the playing field. She is a certified strength and conditioning coach, manual therapy certified, a Hesch sacroiliac practitioner, an emergency medical responder for the athlete working athletic events, as well as a Special Olympics FunFitness Clinical Director screening athletes and keeping them safe and healthy. Dr. Braun has been a physical therapist for over 12 years graduating from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in Florida, and has had her own PT practice for 10 years. She also owns The Lax Box, North Florida's premier lacrosse training facility. She has been presenting key topics in return to sport, youth and women's athletics, mental fortitude and confidence, and much more for different organizations and sports teams. She is also a member of multiple business networking groups, sports performance special interest groups, women in athletics, the APTA, FPTA, NSCA, and more.
