Matt Casseday, PT, DPT, Cert. SMT, Cert. DN, Dip. Osteopractic, CMP, Cert. VRT, is a physical therapist who specializes in outpatient orthopedics and sports medicine. He has specialized training in spinal manipulation and dry needling, working in subacute as well as outpatient facilities. This has allowed him the opportunity to work with a diverse population and gain a better understanding of multiple conditions. Dr. Casseday has a strong background, as well as an understanding of various methods of joint manipulation, soft tissue mobilization, pain control/modalities, corrective exercise, and taping to facilitate functional outcomes and improved function in his patients. Dr. Casseday holds certifications in spinal manipulation, dry needling, vestibular rehab, and the Mulligan Concept. He believes in the importance of having multiple treatment options and modalities to treat the complex human body, approaching each patient uniquely. He has been an instructor with Summit Professional Education for over ten years. Dr. Casseday received his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from A.T. Still University of Health Sciences in Mesa, AZ. He has been a member of the APTA since 2006 and has a passion for the physical therapy profession and helping others.
