Rebecca Gillett, MS OTR/L has practiced occupational therapy for over 15 years, working with both children and adults. Rebecca has her own OT practice, Insight Wellness, in Centennial, Colorado, with a focus on education and consultation for people living with chronic diseases. Her clinical experience as an occupational therapist in a variety of settings provides her with a broad knowledge of skills. She also brings her personal experience of living with rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis, giving her a unique perspective as a health care professional.
