Travis Held, OTD, OTR/L, is a licensed occupational therapist with over 25 years of experience specializing in working with children from birth to five. Dr. Held has devoted his career to providing services within early intervention and early childhood programs working within the home, community, and preschool settings. Dr. Held has specialized in supporting children, caregivers, teachers, and families experiencing developmental challenges. He has earned his Clinical Doctor of Occupational Therapy and has extensive training in the pediatric practice areas of sensory integration, routine-based assessments, motor treatment, parent training, floor time intervention, behavioral approaches, and social-emotional development. Dr. Held has taught pediatric courses as an adjunct instructor with master's level occupational therapy students. These courses include family-centered practice, autism assessment/treatment, child development, behavioral interventions, floor time intervention, sensory processing disorder, and feeding therapy.
