New Instructor Profile

Please provide your name exactly as it appears on whatever form of government issued ID with which you travel (driver’s license, passport, etc.).

If you have TSA Precheck:

  • The name associated with your TSA Precheck must identically match the name on your government issued ID.
    • i.e., If there is a middle name or initial on your ID, your TSA Precheck and airline ticket should match what is provided. 
  • In the field below, Name As It Should Appear on Your Airline Ticket (Must match government issued ID and TSA Precheck, if applicable), please provide the name associated with your TSA Precheck.

If you intend on applying for TSA Precheck after tickets have been purchased:

  • The name associated with your TSA Precheck must identically match the name on your government issued ID.
    • i.e., If there is a middle name or initial on your ID, your TSA Precheck and airline ticket should match what is provided. 
  • In the field below, Name As It Should Appear on Your Airline Ticket (Must match government issued ID and TSA Precheck, if applicable), please provide the name associated with your government issued ID.
  • The name on your TSA Precheck application must be an exact match to the name on the government issued ID you provide to them at enrollment.
  • Once you receive TSA Precheck, please email your Known Traveler ID number to instructorsupport@summit-education.com, so that your travel profile and airline reservations can be updated accordingly.

A mismatch noticed after ticketing may require a reissue, which could result in additional fees that could be deducted from your compensation.
