Are you confused about the difference between push-in and pull-out therapy? Do you have a basic understanding of each model, but are confused which one is best for yourstudents? In this course you will learn the difference in these two types of therapy models, the benefits, and drawbacks to each one, and which type is a better fit for your student(s). You will also learn how federal laws shape and impact the type of services therapists provide.
This workshop will use evidence-based practice and effective teaching methods to give learners relevant information to incorporate into their practice setting. Learners will be able to understand and explain the different therapymodels within the school setting. This workshop is aimed at school-based providers.
