In this course clinicians will explore the root cause of handwriting and fine motor deficiencies and learn effective treatment strategies to remediate these issues. Learn why grasping pattern, strong fine motor skills, and legible handwriting makes a difference. Clinicians who can identify the root cause of difficulty are able to treat these problems more quickly and effectively. This course will use evidence-based practice and effective teaching methods to give learners hands-on strategies to incorporate into their practice setting. Learners will be able to understand and explain howhand weakness and sensory processing difficulties can cause or exacerbate handwriting deficiencies and createmeaningful treatment plans to provide to their clients.
