would have loved to have seen\/practiced the other 3 active myofascial movements brian spoke of but still have other classes i need to plan to check out some of his other courses.

i really liked how you walked through the different types of energy and how mfr impacts energy in the body. somehow that clicked for me and allowed me to seriously consider mfr as a treatment technique and not just move to stretching or doing "mfr" that was too aggressive to likely actually work.

instructor brian trzaskos, is an excellent teacher. his knowledge, instruction, and clinical experience is shared in ways that made for good multi-modal learning and immediate assimilation of the material. he is well organized and presents at a pace that is both engaging and spacious. he comes across as someone who lives in practice of the principles he teaches. i am inspired by the combination of the science and art of holistic pt is being taught in this ceu setting. hats off to brian and to summit education for inclusion of this integrative holistic perspective on healing and wellness in pt\/ot practice! i come away from brian's classes inspired to go forth and practice. thank you. all that praise is sincere and regarding question %2313: lack of bias or commercialism i also had a curiosity and slight discomfort arise when the instructor brian said that he would be teaching 3 out of 6 techniques and that he has further instruction for sale on his website for %2435 which seems like a low fee but it did raise a wondering if he specifically set the course up to entice people to purchase more... not meant as a criticism but a curious point of mild discomfort. i will seek out brian's other courses on and off the summit platform as valuable resources.

this course, help me understand why traditional stretching programs are often not effective. i thoroughly enjoyed the deeper explanation into the fascia's properties.
