speaker rambles. course title misleading. the amount of time it took to explain\/demonstrate 3 techniques, he had plenty of time to explain all 6 techniques instead of self- promoting to purchase other resources. tries to intertwine too many different subjects.

i found this course was very comprehensive not only including the anatomy and physiology of the body's response but also effective techniques and how to grade them to certain circumstances to get the best result.

very fast paced and was referred to some of instructors on-line material for more information. course could be a 3 hour length and delve a bit deeper into the material and slow down the pace.
