It sets forth your organization's commitment to good practice, strongethics and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The Code of Conduct for Healthcare Organizations will assistthe healthcare professional to better understand the key elements of a code of conduct as well as, the clinician's role in adhering to a set of standards.

As a professional, it is our ethical responsibility to remain knowledgeable about payment systems, billing, coding, documentation, clinical practice regardless of the population you serve. Clinicians are tasked with using their professional judgement in determining the amount of services, types of services, and length of service that is clinically appropriate for the patient/resident based on evidenced based practice.Does your organization have a code of conduct?
